Your Partner in Becoming a Better Executive

Coaching can help you reach higher levels of success

How Executive Coaching Can Help You

Executive coaching can provide a framework for you to discover, clarify, reality-test, and plan practical strategies and solutions. The bottom line is positive change for both you AND your organization. We spend very little time "celebrating the problem" because our focus is on solutions.

Our sessions will focus on creating specific, actionable strategies to address issues such as:

  • Identifying factors interfering with your performance, like reducing high stress levels
  • Improving work/life balance to enhance your well-being
  • Reducing conflicts that may get in the way of successful collaborations
  • Cultivating advanced management and leadership skills
  • Enhancing your use of emotional intelligence

I am committed to supporting leaders in transition, whether that be leaders in the early stages of a new leadership position, a seasoned executive moving into a new position or an executive planning their succession.

Becky knew when to ask open questions so that I could arrive at important insights on my own. Her coaching helped me comfortably improve my leadership skills at an appropriate rate, and ensured these improvements will endure.

As the CEO of an organization in major transition, I appreciated having an objective sounding board. In my work with Becky, I was able to practice presenting change to various stakeholders and I received actionable feedback from her.

Setting Goals

As a trained coach, I work with clients to help them clarify their thinking, create plans and meet their goals. I'm not a management consultant telling you what to do-my role is to help you tap into your strengths and boost forward momentum.

My most successful coaching clients are the ones who have a clear idea of what they want to accomplish, and who are willing to put in the time and energy between coaching sessions to do whatever work needs to be done.

As an executive myself, I know the unrelenting pressure to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders while striving to perform at my personal best. I believe coaching can help someone who is already accomplished to reach a higher level of success and personal satisfaction. Working with a coach simply moves the process along a little faster.
